Do you want to book a measure and quote?
We are a small family owned business and as Andy is still on the tools himself, we have to rely on all measure and quotes when we are working in your area.
To book a measure and quote:
- Take pictures of the area where work is needed
- Send the pictures to Diane via email or text with your details (name, suburb, email and phone number)
Andy will look at the pictures and give an indication of price along with work required. If he needs more information to give an accurate price, we will arrange for him to do a site visit. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please give us a call.
For installation of cornice additions
If you would like a quote for the installation of our cornice additions, please send the house plans of the areas you want our cornice additions installed in clearly marked, along with your details (name, suburb, email and phone number).
Quotes go out via email and Diane follows them up with a text message. If you accept the quote, please sign, scan and email it back to us.
The dates will then be booked tentatively until a 30% deposit is paid. Once paid, this secures your dates in the schedule. Diane will contact you 2 days prior to confirm the work and time.
Once work is complete, the final payment will be due and an invoice will be raised. Please note that we do not run accounts and payment is due on the day of the completion of work. Late payments incur additional charges and interest is accrued daily.
As we’re based in Clarkson, we tend to focus our services North of the river. We do work South of the river but for the smaller jobs we recommend using someone local as it will be a far more cost effective option as a minimum charge is applied for travel time. If you are unsure if we service your area, please contact us.
Being a small family team, we can get a little busy. So we highly advise to give as much notice as possible for when you’d like work done (we recommend at least 2-3 weeks’ notice). The more notice given, the higher the likelihood we can accommodate your preferred dates.
Safety is our number one priority. We give preference to customers whose ceilings are unstable and are at risk of falling down. In the event we have a high risk situation, we may need to reschedule other jobs to address it. We will work with our customers to reschedule at the earliest opportunity should this happen.
